This project involved strategic acquisition and development on a site area of 783m2, zoned R1 General Residential. This development is surrounded by local beaches, within 400 m of Umina Beach and next to Umina shopping precinct.

I effectively navigated planning approvals and worked closely with architects, builder and engineers to deliver high-quality villas on schedule.
