This project involved strategic acquisition and development on a site area of 1397 m2, zoned R1 General Residential. This development is in a sought after pocket, located 300m west of Blue Bay and 1 km from surrounding beaches at The Entrance in NSW. We navigated complex planning approvals and worked closely with architects and engineers to deliver quality townhouses on schedule.
